Their houses are so extravagant, that we are afraid to think what their mortgage payments, home insurance premiums or gas and electricity bills would amount upto. NFL superstar Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen, have a bank account that can feed a small country. So naturally, they live accordingly in a fabulous $20-million luxury condo. Aside from the lavish shared amenities such as an automated garage, 82-feet long pool and a spa suite, their apartment makes liberal use of onyx and marble, and is done up in contemporary style, without the presence of over-the-top or opulent pieces and wares.
Britney Spears: ~ $9 million, Thousand Oaks
Queen of Pop Britney Spears currently calls the suburb of Thousand Oaks in California, home. Here, she owns an Italian-style estate that’s valued at about $9 million. The property is over 13,000 square feet and includes a villa that has features like gaming and media rooms. The estate’s most notable feature, however, are outdoors, with its swimming pools, golf course, tennis court and gorgeous gardens. We wouldn’t mind trading in our homes for this palatial house.
Eddie Murphy: ~ $85 million, Hollywood Hills
Actor Eddie Murphy is one of Hollywood’s most successful comedians and he has a 16-acre, resort-style property to show for it. Initially acquired for just $20 million, he has given it a face lift with numerous renovations over the years and the value of the estate has since skyrocketed to $85 million! The huge main house, along with separate guest houses, several pools, horse stables, and tennis court is well worth the price tag, too.
